I want to invite a friend to join propertips. How do I do that ?

To add an affiliate on propertips, click on « network » and then on « add an affiliate ». You can also use the download and registration QR codes or send a referral link via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

I want to send a recommendation to an iad property consultant, how do I proceed ?

Click on the « recommendations » tab. Then select the city where the need is located. Choose the profession, for example, « selling a property ». You can choose the professional of your choice and then enter the client's details.

I only see my sponsor in the list of property consultant.

Indeed, if you send a recommendation in your sponsor's sector, you will only see them in the list: they are your preferred contact in their sector. Outside of their sector, you will see all the property consultant in the selected sector.

I just sent a recommendation. What's next?

The property consultant will contact the client within 48 hours. You can track the progress of the case by going to the « follow-up » and then « my cases » tabs. The partner will keep you informed of the progress of the case, from property valuation to the final signature.

I have a property to sell. Can I recommend myself ?

Yes, you can self-recommend. Go to « recommendations » and check « I am the client » when entering the client's details.

Can I send recommendations to different countries ?

Yes, of course. The list of countries open to propertips is available in the drop-down menu in the 'recommendations' and then 'where is the need' tab: you can choose the country and city to find the best iad property consultant in the area.

MY COMPENSATION

I want to cash out my earnings, how can I do that ? 

To cash out your propertips earnings, go to the app, click on 'follow-up', then 'my compensation', and finally 'cash out'. After entering the partner's details, you will need to validate the contract, provide your banking information, and validate the transfer request.

I've just requested my transfer. How many days will it take to receive it ?

The transfer will be processed within a maximum of 10 days after the transfer request.

Everything is automated: When you sign up with iad, your propertips 'affiliate' account will be transformed into a 'partner' account. Why didn't my propertips account transform into a partner account ? What should I do ?

It is possible that the merger of the two accounts failed (for example, due to identical names at propertips or iad). In such a situation, you can send an email to contact@propertips.com. Our team will manually merge the two accounts.

I'm leaving iad, what happens to my propertips account ?

You will, of course, keep your 'affiliate' propertips account. Everything is automated. Your account will automatically change from a 'partner' account to an 'affiliate' account. You can continue to use the app and send recommendations.

To check your received reviews, go to 'tools' and then 'my partner reviews'. You can also check the reviews you have given in 'my affiliate ratings'.

You can create your mini-site by going to the 'my account' tab, 'my partner profile', and then 'my web showcase'.

How can I collect propertips reviews ?

You have two ways to collect reviews: The first is by receiving recommendations. One sale equals one review. The affiliate must leave a review for you to cash out their earnings. The second is by giving recommendations: Your fellow iad property consultant can rate you based on the quality of the recommendation.

How do I configure my services ?

In 'tools' and then 'my partner profile': You will see that the 'property sales' category is automatically checked. We leave it up to you to receive recommendations for 'property searches' and 'candidate recommendations'. Remember to activate them if you want to be visible in these two categories.

There is no MLM (Multi-Level Marketing) compensation for jobs with benefits. This allows you to showcase quality professionals, increase your community, or create synergies among users.

How can I recommend a professional on propertips?

Click the 'recommend a professional' button and fill in the fields. You will need to leave the professional's first review before validating. The professional will receive an email on how to activate their partner account.
